So it started off well: a good walk, a little work out...

Then we saw monkeys hanging around. It was a little scary at first but hey, they looked friendly so I snapped a few photos for keepsake.

Yeah, I don't know what these are called but I heard they build great muscles!

Thots On The New Year

So I've thought about it...and I came to the conclusion that I had nothing profound to share about the new year, (resolutions and all that jazz). This year we will skip all that. But if I do come up with something amazingly profound, I will share it with you, if it's not too personal. :P

Life is like a Roller Coaster

Life is like a roller coaster.
It's always a different thrill each day
For it's never the same ride for all.
Sometimes it's up,
Sometimes it's down.
Twisting and turning
Through thick and thin,
Up and down,
Which way will it go?
People scream, people shout,
Others cry, others laugh.
No matter how hard
This ride seems to be,
You just gotta get through it.
Just have faith in yourself!
If you follow the track,
For it will take you home.
Life is like a roller coaster,
It's the best ride there is.

Joy's In The Hospital!

Please pray for Joy everyone. She's in the hospital in labor but there are some complications...the baby's heartbeat slows down when Joy has contractions, and the doctors are thinking of doing a cesarean. Thoughts and prayers for her are much appreciated.
