Face Painting

Today we learned some face painting techniques. Thanks to Mary, Niki, and Melody! They invited us over to their place and we had so much fun. One cool thing about face painting is that it's a lot easier than it looks. I've only done it once before so it was helpful to learn a bit more like: what paint is best/economic, what brushes are good for what, how to use a sponge properly...and more. Joyce and I are ordering some face paints, we'll get them in a week and then we'll see how things go from there!

that's cool Stephie, I like the idea of face painting and I'm glad you get to do more of it.

Hey Nini, that's so cool. You're gonna love it--I'm no artist and I do! xxx

Very cool, I wish I had the opportunity to get tips from those girls, their pictures of their facepainting is just gorgeous. I'm sure you will do well at it

Thanks Gina, Anita, and of course "anonymous"! We got the paints and had our first gig last Sat. The kids were so sweet, and at the end the adults all were asking for tatoos. :D It's interesting to see that there's always a little kid in every adult.
